Weigh-In #3

Woo Hoo!!!! I lost another 3.8 pounds in just one week!!!!! I feel like doing a cartwheel or something (if only I actually could). I was a little nervous this morning when I got up. I really thought the scale was not going to have moved much. I also ate breakfast BEFORE weigh in...doh. I am do thrilled right now. Two days ago I felt like my weight loss was moving at a sluggish pace and low and behold... I've lost a total of 8.8 pounds in 16 days.

I am now going to use all of this positive energy and go to the gym to burn off even more evil fat cells. My muscles are going to kick my fat's ass.

I'm now thinking that maybe the Alli really is helping. As I mentioned in earlier posts, before taking Alli I did a ton of research on it. It looked like a lot of people lost weight while using Alli. A lot of them wondered if they were actually losing more weight by taking the Alli so they would stop taking it for a couple weeks. During that time they would continue to eat healthy and exercise just like they had been doing. At the end of each week when they weighed themselves they noticed their weight loss had slowed. They started taking the Alli again and their weight loss started picking back up again.

I am not sure if the Alli contributed to losing 8.8 lbs in sixteen days (although I'm pretty sure it has) but either way, I really don't care. I am just STOKED that I lost 3.8 lbs this week. *Fist Pump*

Daily goal today: Try at least 5 new machines at the gym... (Let's mix things up a bit).
