It's after 8pm and I am having a really hard time trying to control my cravings. I really want to eat a bowl of cereal, but for one, it's too late and, two, it has too many calories which will make me go over my daily calorie allowance. I already had an ice cream sandwich for dessert. I even had a popsicle afterward since I thought it would help. It helped a little but I still REALLY want to eating a heaping bowl of cereal. I don't know if it's the carbs or the sugar I am craving, probably both. I figured coming on here would help and it has. I have some motivation pictures saved on my phone that I look at in really dire situations. Hopefully it doesn't come to that.
I have to finish helping my six year old take a shower. Will check back in a little while.
