Day 9 - Evening Update

Today I went to work, came home after work to check on my older daughter, picked up my younger daughter from after-school, stopped at the grocery store, and then came home...all without the use of my car. Instead of driving today I decided to do what I did when I was a teenager and walk every, and it was HOT out. Probably not the best day to walk everywhere but it's not every day that I am seeing a client .6 miles from my house.

I don't know if it's because I spaced out my snacks, had more fruit and veggies, or because I didn't do a 1.5 hour mega workout but I am feeling a lot better than yesterday as far as my hunger goes. Around 11:30am I ate the carrots, 12:45pm at the pasta, 3:00pm at the strawberries, and snacked on half the bag of pretzels throughout the whole today. It's 7:15pm and after getting home from that long, hot, sweaty walk I decided to snack on the second half of my bag of pretzels (each half equals one serving).

I am about to start cooking dinner: baked chicken breasts with a side of broccoli. For dessert I'm going to eat some more of those delicious strawberries. They were soooooo good.

Tomorrow is a possible gym day (if I can leave my clients on time). I really hope the weather cools down a little.
