It's 10pm and I'm getting ready to go to lay down. Today was a very nice day. I am also happy to report I netted less calories than allowed once again. Today I netted 1,322 calories. As long as I stay under 1,360 I'm okay.
For dinner tonight we had food delivered from that Porto Rican restaurant. I had a boneless skinless chicken thigh, black beans, white rice, and a small spinach and lettuce salad w/ light (meaning a smaller portion of) dressing. It was pretty good. I used to eat at this restaurant all the time (during my previous diet attempt) and got kind of sick of it. That still hasn't worn off and, even though the food is good, I probably won't order it again for a while.
I'm not sure what we're doing tomorrow. We may be heading back to our friend's house for another day of swimming. It's supposed to be in the mid eighties tomorrow so it will be a good day for swimming. If we can get up and out of the house early enough I may try and take the girls to the beach to go stand up paddle boarding. That's actually sounding that an awesome idea. The only problem is that it's Memorial Day and the beaches will be pretty crowded.
I'm signing off now. Tomorrow is my three week anniversary of my new diet!! Who would have thought I would have made it to the three week mark? Lol. Good night World. xoxo
