It's 2:21pm and I can't wait to get out of here and (hopefully) hit the gym. I have been hungrier than usual today and have eaten almost all of my snacks (except the pretzels). My favorite post workout snack is pretzels so in saving them for later. I am also excited to try that new Lemon Herb Recipe tonight.
My mom found out that I had started a new diet plan and she started one too. Her and a friend of hers formed a little weight loss group. They both bought that book written by that hot tv doctor from the show "The Doctors". She keeps trying to get me to read it but don't really want to read ANOTHER weight loss book. Maybe down the road but not right now. I did buy two fitness magazines to assist in motivation. So far I have been able to stay 100% motivated all on my own. I am not sure how long that will last and, as I've said before, I like to be prepared.
Have to get back to work now. Will check in later for my evening update post.
