I am super tired and am probably going to go to bed soon. I may do some squats and sit-ups since I went over my calories for the day. I literally went over by 104 calories. A half hour ago I convinced myself I could have two Snack We'll cookies even though I'd already eaten a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich. Well, the cookies were 50 calories each totally 100...and with them I went over by 104 calories. I should have counted my calories BEFORE eating those stupid cookies. I don't really care about the calories as much as I do about being able to control myself. I'm getting better at it but there is still work to be done.
I have a new Pinterest account that I'm using for all my weight loss motivation. As I said before, I have a feeling I will start losing motivation (since that's what's happened to my previous 100 diets) so I'm just trying to be prepared. One of the most motivating things to do is read other weight loss blogs so if you have a blog you'd like me to check out, leave the name and site in the comments.
