Day 18 - Mid Morning Update

I'm about to head to the gym. For my morning snack I tried this new crunchy oatmeal since we are very low on strawberries. It's been a while since I last ate oatmeal. It was actually pretty good. It's packed with carbs but that's probably a good thing to eat right before a work out. I'm trying to prevent the post workout starvation I've been having lately.
