Day 8 - Morning Check-In

Good morning. It's 7am and I am about to leave to take my twelve year old daughter to school. I am looking forward to today because it's a gym day. From my previous diets I know that the more you go to the gym the faster you lose weight and the quicker you get toned. I also feel really good after going to the gym.

For breakfast this morning I had the usual: Special K Fruit & Yogurt w/ nonfat milk. I'm also drinking a sugar free Rockstar for my morning caffeine boost. For lunch today I'll probably grab a Subway sandwich after the gym. I stopped at the grocery store last night and bought some baby carrots to snack on throughout the day. I will bring some of them with me along with some fruit when I go to my office after hitting the gym.

Tomorrow is my weigh-in day and I am crossing my fingers that I'll see the scale go down.
