Day 1 - Evening Update

So it's the end of day 1 and I'm pretty happy with how the day went. For breakfast I ate a bowl of cereal (Frosted Mini-Wheats) with 1% milk and a diet Rockstar. For lunch I ate a 6" turkey Subway sandwich and a diet coke. For dinner I ate baked boneless/skinless chicken breast and apple slices on the side. For dessert after dinner I ate a 1/2 cup mint chip frozen yogurt. I ate one snack today I between lunch and dinner which was around 15 pretzel sticks.
I am feeling good. I really didn't think if make it a full day. I have become such a sugar addict I honestly thought I would give into the cravings. The hardest time I have is at night so I still could mess up but I'm pretty confident that I won't.
I stayed motivated today signing up on the Alli website, shopping at Whole Foods (instead of Safeway), and finding new meal ideas and recipes that are low in fat and carbs. I am excited to start Alli on Friday.
The next step will be finding time to work out. I am going to start packing gym clothes in my car again so I can hit the gym whenever I have an extra hour.
I think the main goal will just taking it day by day. Looking at before and after pictures of other women who have lost weight really helps.
Day one is officially done and I am looking forward to starting day 2. :)
