4/8/15 Daily Summary

I went to the gym after work yesterday and had a great workout. I managed 60 minutes on the elliptical and burned s little over 500 calories! I then cooled down by walking on the treadmill for a few minutes and then did some stretching and yoga poses for another 15-20 minutes. By the time I was done stretching I had already been at the gym for an hour and a half and didn't have a lot of time left before I would have to leave to pick up my kids. I decided to spend the remaining time working on my abs.

Quick Summary of Day:

5:55am- Woke up

6:00am- Made coffee, had Kashi Go Lean cereal w/nonfat milk for breakfast

6:20am- Did 30 minutes of yoga

7:00am- Got my kids up and ready for school. 

9:00am- Came home decided to finishing watching an episode of 1st season of Criminal Minds on Netflix. This was a bad idea and completely zapped my energy. Ended up watching 2.5 episodes

11:00am- Took shower, got ready for work. Made lunch- Thai Chicken Spring Rolls

12:00pm- Went to my client "DM" in San Rafael. Ate bag of green grapes for a snack

3:45pm- Left DM. Went to nextdoor to visit my friend Mary for a few minutes and to wish her a happy bday. 

4:00pm- Headed to gym for awesome workout. Ate 1/2 protein bar before workout and 1/2 after workout

6:30- Picked up E from daycare

6:45- Picked up K from my mom's house

7:00- Got home; Started to make dinner: steak, brown rice (instant mash for K), and broccoli (tried making frozen broccoli- it was gross- we'll stick with fresh from now on)

8:00- Cleaned off table. Had kids take showers

9:00pm- Get kids ready for bed. Ate candy left over from Easter that I found on buffet table. :(  Three larger tootsies rolls and two tootsie pops. At least all of the candy I like is now gone!!

9:30- Took a shower

10:30- Bed time.
